The International Criminal Court entered into force in 2002, as the first court competent to try individuals accused of genocide. Crimes against humanity, war crimes and assaultcrimes, In July 2022. twenty years will pass since the establishment of the International Criminal Court, and the entry into force of the 1998 Rome Statute. Where there were several stations full of events and developments that affected the process of its work. The most important of them were the issue of: crimes within its jurisdiction, the issue of funding. the immunities of its employees. the issue of states joining and ratification of their system. as well as the cases before them.
The Most important problem was the obstacles it faced in its work during two decades, and the prospects for its reform. On this occasion. we are led to think and research the achèvements of the court and its effectiveness over the past twenty years. What are the most important issues that thiscourt handled? Did it really contribute to achieving international justice and supportingthe oppressed? Or does it have obstacles in its work? And if so, what are the proposed solutions to enhance its performance and the proper functioning of it? To answer this problem. we invite and welcome various contributions from various universities, institutions and departments concerned with all that enriches and increases the outcome of This topic.

practical practice of the International Criminal Court: an
evaluation study (procedures, crimes.
protection of court staff, bodies affiliated with the
court...)
The second axis: the issue
of funding at the International Criminal Court (funding sources, compensation
for victims...).
The third axis: a look at
the cases before the International Criminal Court. (Resolved and unresolved
cases. arrest warrants..).
The fourth axis: legal problems and obstacles to the work of the Intemational Criminal Court and the proposed solutions to confront them.
